We are looking for an enthusiastic INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT( SHAH ALAM, MALAYSIA ) to contribute in generating sales for our international school and company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT( SHAH ALAM, MALAYSIA ) must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help MITstem International School and company grow by bringing in students, parents, customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about MITstem International School, educational programmes or service using scripts

2. Answer questions about the school, education programme, training programme, or the company

3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales over the phone

4. Enter and update customer information in the database

5. Register students and collecting relevant documents for school admission

6. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

7. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

9. Provide daily report to the Marketing Manager and CEO

Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field

2. Proven 2 years experience as telemarketing representative or other sales/customer service role

3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone and face to face

4. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Sales automation software ) and telephone systems

5. Ability to learn about programmes and services and describe/explain them to prospects

6. Excellent proficiency of English or Mandarin, or both

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

9. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

10. Having social media marketing skills will be an added advantage

11. Wiling to travel to clients’ office or overseas for marketing promotion campaign
