Support users on all issues related to internal custom built application tools

Support users on issues relating to Linux workstations and network connectivity

Troubleshoot some Windows 7, Apple OS and Linux OS

Re-image and deploy workstations for pre-existing and new users

Build and maintain relationships with counterparts on other sites such as Telops, Techstop, Development, Local Management, Printing, Mentors and Tool POCs to aid with a unified approach to global issue diagnostics and resolution.

Initial level of debugging and resolution (e.g. restarting edit server, interpreting latency graphs, identifying local vs global issues etc)
