Sales Compensation Resource Responsibilities: (contractual hire) Sales Compensation: Create Sales Pay Mix spreadsheets for Salary planning Roll up spreadsheets for Executive review and approval. Summarize Budgets Audit spreadsheet for correct pay mix. Create sales summary. Create workday data load Create mail merge for employee communication letters Identify/assist with Workday challenges Lead creation this process in coordination with HRIS/IT Job Family/Job Family Group Process: Research survey for global benchmark job codes and assign new global job codes and salary grades, identify regional deviation, as needed Implementation Process: Audit employee file prior to implementation of changes Assist with any UAT as needed

Able to remain professional in high stress situations. • Able to plan, execute and manage high volumes of work. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. • Technical aptitude and understanding of the technical service industry preferred. • Able to interact with all levels of internal and external clients. • Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation and problem solving skills. • Flexible attitude in accepting unique and non-standard solutions.


Education: • Degree level qualification, preferably in a technical subject, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years in a CSM equivalent role or prior relevant experience. • Experience in a technical industry; preferably IT, telecommunications or data centers.
