Our branch is seeking an entry-level, full-time, and in-house Social Media Coordinator to help create and maintain a strong online presence across key media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and Pinterest. The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager and Loan Officers to ensure Branch, as well as individual, social media presence.


• Researching, monitoring, and reporting current and emerging social media trends

• Creation and maintenance of social media presence and growth for the branch

• Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments across various platforms

• Provide support to team as needed with social media marketing and projects

• Designing posts to engage and inform the public about various mortgage issues

• Writing script and blog copy for social media videos

Skills Desired:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and strategies

• Passionate about social media trends and marketing (paid and organic)

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Creative and professional writing, editing, and communication skills
