• Must support continuous improvement of equipment, skill training, team building, etc.

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facilities equipment.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

• Perform skills including but not limited to: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals/schematics/drawings etc.

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments equipment.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

• Use a variety of hand/power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment when performing duties.

• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report any unusual situations to proper management.

• Comply with safety regulations, maintain clean, and orderly work areas.

• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

• Track/maintain electronic records on all maintenance repairs to machines and facility.

• Help Control maintenance budget and spending.

• Set working hours for department and obtain approval from manager.

• Direct and delegate workload to maintenance personnel.

• Ensure all processes, procedures, and documentation are compliant.

• Must be willing to work overtime to maintain facility and equipment to meet production needs.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, etc.
