The role involves:

Warmly greeting our clients and visitors;

Telephone attendance and appropriately directly calls;

Conveying accurate messages to our staff;

Offering refreshments;

Co-ordinating meeting room bookings and room set up;

Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and well presented; and

General office assistance, particularly supporting our accounts team members.

The successful candidate will possess:

A bright and cheerful personality;

A willingness to be a team player and assist wherever may be required;

At least 12 months’ work experience in a customer service role;

Basic Microsoft word skills;

Effective organisation skills;

A high degree of confidentiality; and

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will be professionally presented with an ability to interact confidently with people of all levels. An interest in or some knowledge of the legal profession will be highly regarded.
