Company: A technology company operates a range of content platforms that inform, educate, entertain and inspire people across language, culture and geography. Due to the fast-growing business abroad, they’re looking for an HR Adviser -Compensation& Benefit(International Orientation) to join their team.

Main duties

1 Policy research: Benchmark against the world's leading Internet companies, and conduct market research, information collection and data analysis

2 Program design: Design global motivation plan, attract key talent and keep internal key talent motivated

3 Operational support: Roll out overseas human resource policies and provide operational support, including policies promotion and data maintenance

4 System iteration: Research the best practices of global Internet companies and constantly upgrade(/update) human resource management system accordingly


1 Bachelor's degree or above, with management and related majors required.

2 1-3 years' working experience in HR COE or consulting. Fresh graduates with outstanding capabilities will also be considered

3 Native or native-level English speaker, able to translate [English and Chinese] documents and write reports [in English] preferred.
