At least 18 years of age

A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status

Must possess basic web navigation skills

With average-good communication skills

Able to multi-task

Must have an ability to understand the

customers’ needs.

Willing to start immediately

Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.

Candidates with 6 months or more of international voice account call center experience will be directly shuttled to the site.

Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules
