> To perform personnel duties of the organization via recruitment, training and facilitation.

> To review job contributions, compensation actions and enforce policies.

> To perform the function of securing business presentations and carrying them out based on the training done.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

> Ability to utilize IT tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint on a basic level.

> The HR officer must possess effective organizational skills.

> The HR officer must be business savvy inclined.

> Ability to communicate and interact effectively with new recruits and business clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

> The Ideal candidate must possess a minimum of HND degree.
