BOSS Staffing is assisting our client, a large transportation company in hiring Office Clerks!

Our client is located in Brampton, near Highway 410 and Steeles.

They are looking for Dock Clerks for the 6pm-230am shift, Monday through Friday. Starting rate of pay is $16.32 per hour.

As a successful candidate you will:

• be flexible to work overtime as needed

• be punctual and hardworking

• have strong English skills (reading, writing and spoken)

• be responsible for covering reception, completing pick up and delivery check is, completing reports, filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry.

• make your main objective to ensure that all paperwork is processed accurately and in a timely fashion.

• be a highly motivated, self starter who is independent.

• have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• follow through tasks without constant reminders.

• have the willingness to learn and catch on quickly.

• have a pleasant demeanor with the ability to work well in a team environment.

• have excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and oral communication. You must have the ability to make sound judgments, handle and prioritize multiple tasks while being given new and changing priorities.

• be detail-oriented.

• be creative, solutions-oriented and multi-skilled individual.

• have clerical/receptionist experience working in a professional office setting environment. Experience within a courier or transportation company is preferred. Knowledge of AS400 is an asset but not a requirement. You must have experience with all Microsoft Office Applications.

Driving from Highway 401 - North on Highway 410, exit on Steeles Avenue, turn right to go westbound on Steeles, turn right on Dixie Road, right on Advance Rd, right on Wilkinson Rd. We are the 2nd driveway on the left. Come to the back of the building and we’re on the corner closest to Advance.
