Job Description:

Must Have :

• Looking for a candidate with technical knowledge in a customer support role.

• Contractor will support onboarding, troubleshooting, testing and configuring.

• This worker will mostly work with internal development team, but may work with external clients if necessary.

General Summary

With general supervision, the Application Administrator performs a variety of routine data entry, database maintenance, and reporting activities in accordance with established Eyefinity Onboarding procedures, ensuring technology needs are met.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for proper data collection, data management services, and enforcement of policies and procedures for internal and external resources to ensure compliance with onboarding standards

• Ensures timely access and review of evaluative information about client service and overall delivery effectiveness.

• Identify, troubleshoot and report data related issues

• Consults with internal business partners on data problems and assists in developing solutions

• Performs required system testing to ensure systems are functioning properly according to specification and end user requirements

• Manage and coordinate with applicable divisions to ensure all updates are properly installed and deployed within training and demo environments

• Perform recurring administration to ensure user accounts are updated per system guidelines

• Ensure documentation is kept updated to support internal processes

• Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed within the Onboarding Team.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field or equivalent experience.

• Three years of experience supporting business applications and systems.

• Understanding of relational databases. Knowledge of the impacts and integration between multiple systems

• Experience and knowledge extracting data from relational databases as well as spreadsheet applications and manipulation of spreadsheet data

• Ability to deliver world-class Customer Service

• Demonstrated strong planning, organization and time management skills.

• Must demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment in a fast paced and time sensitive culture.

• Must have ability to prioritize work load to meet the team’s objectives/timelines

• Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment as this role works with confidential information on a regular basis
