Vice President Senior Living – Memphis, TN

We are searching for a Regional Vice President / Vice President of Senior Living who will be responsible for oversight of several Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) in the South / Southeast. Levels of care include Assisted Living (ALF), Independent Living (IL), Skilled Nursing (SNF), and Memory Care. Preferably candidate will live in Memphis, TN, Montgomery, AL, or Atlanta, GA. We are looking for an RVP candidate with a verifiable track record of success in Regional Level CCRC management.

(3+ years’ multi-facility management experience required.)

RVP / Vice President of Senior Living requirements:

• 2+ years’ Multi-facility or corporate leadership experience within Long-Term Care / Elder Care / Senior Living

• Expertise in LTC regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated track record of improving market share and quality census

• Skilled in fostering teamwork, coaching, and mentoring staff

• Proficient with Long-term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC / SNF) reimbursement

Regional Vice President / Vice President of Senior Living responsibilities:

• Ensuring optimal Census and Occupancy levels

• Containing costs and labor expenses

• Ensuring exceptional regulatory compliance

• Providing quality control

• Managing and supervising staff in the region

• Meeting financial objectives

• Business development
