Customer Success Agent DACH

Location: Cologne

Your role:

•Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering best practices and ensuring the customer experience with a core focus on the DACH region.

•Set up Regional Calendars which allow to quickly identify which customers to focus on.

•Gather feedback and pain points, so that we continue to improve our products and services.

•Propose new ideas to continuously evolve the customer experience.

•Support the Sales team by identifying upsell opportunities.

•Actively work on improving product knowledge.

•Follow set activity plan for KPIs to be met.

Your profile:

•Technical background from a role in Customer Success or from working as a customer facing consultant.

•College degree in Computer Science or a comparable field will be a huge plus.

•It is key to be confident with working in a sales environment where identifying potential upsell opportunities is part of the job.

•Quick-thinking with a natural passion for identifying how technology can solve business challenges.

•Positive attitude and highly developed communication skills, comfortable in meeting customers and partners.

•German languages skills on a native level and proficiency in spoken and written English.
