Role: Desktop Support

Location: Cary, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

JD:

•Configuration and troubleshooting of end user machines/laptops/desktops/mobile devices

•Imaging of the laptops/desktops

•Troubleshooting end users applications

•Work with the L2/L3 members to resolve issue.

•Diagnose and resolve incidents/requests

•Excellent troubleshooting ability to resolve user issues

•Use of Service Now for ITSM

•Process knowledge (Incident/problem/change management)

•Good customer interactions.

•Excellent communication skills (English)
