About the role

Day-to-day duties:

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Update calendars and schedule meetings

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and binding

Previous involvement in a financial planning practice would be preferred. The role is Full Time.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
