Our expanding business now consists of factories, retail, and an export operation. Due this growth we require an experienced and motivated Office manager to join our team.

About the role

In this challenging and fast paced role you will be responsible for coordinating with a small team to ensure the smooth running of the office as well as supporting our customers through the ordering, fulfillment and post-sales process.

Responsibilities include

Office administrative support

Promoting new and existing products to customers over the phone

Maintaining lines of communication and provide feedback to management

Ensure systems and structures are in place to make the office run smoothly

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be capable of working autonomously and have exceptional time management skills. A background in a hospitality or food wholesale environment would be beneficial

Customer service experience

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
