Field Manager Trainee

Position Summary:

Do you enjoy traveling to new locations, and have an energetic personality that’s great with people? Maybe you’re able to take on the responsibility of leading others. Our growing business is looking for Field Manager trainees to manage and increase sales in the New York and the Tri-State area territories. The successful candidates must think quickly and be able to solve problems for outside field representatives, and customers. Other responsibilities include establishing Face to Face customer acquisitions; training new representatives, make direct contact with new and existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.

Field Manager Trainee Responsibilities and Duties:

• Can complete light paperwork inside office and outside in the field.

• Generate leads consistently as a business developer.

• Maintain Professional image inside and outside of office a must.

• Responsibilities include training both entry level and experienced representatives daily.

• Candidates must demonstrate leadership abilities while complete management training program within 12 – 18 months.

• Field Manager trainees have to be able work independently.

• Experience and Degree are a plus, but not required.

• Must be willing to complete on the job training program.

• Trainees must be able to traveling up to 60 – 75 percent of the time.

• Filling out and completing basic paperwork is required.

• Self- Motivated and the ability to lead others.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
