Job Overview

A Sales Admin Associate provide support to the management team within Sales and Accounts

Department. He/She is responsible for performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or

sales proposals and carrying out administrative tasks such coordinating meetings and office


Work Schedule

Regular Office Hours – Mondays to Fridays. Fixed weekend off.

Duties and responsibilities

Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates

Develop Monthly Sales Report with backend experience

Input customer and account data in CRM software

Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses;

forwarding for reimbursement

Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Market research


BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field

Required language(s): English and Mandarin both written and oral

Must be detail oriented

Experience with MS Office and data programs

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Ability to work under strict deadlines
