Chinese HR Manager - Mandarin speaking

1. Responsible for the Company's human resources planning, establishment and

implementation of personnel procedures or rules and regulations such as recruitment,

training, attendance, labor discipline, etc.;

2. Responsible for formulating and improving the Company's job arrangement, as

well as coordinating the effective development and utilization of manpower from

various internal departments so as to fulfil the Company's operational and management


3. According to existing formation and business development needs, coordinate and

compute the recruitment requirement of all departments, prepare annual/monthly

recruitment plans and implement them after approval;

4. Make good job descriptions for each position with corresponding changes

according to the Company's job adjustment team to ensure that the job description is in

line with the actual situation;

5. Responsible for handling entry procedures, management and custody of personnel

files and signing of employment contracts;

6. Establish and timely update employee files, prepare annual/monthly staff turnover

statistics (including turnover, entry, promotion, transfer, demotion, etc.);

7. Formulate training plans and programs for all departments of the Company, and

implement them after approval;

8. Train and assess the employees on probation and provide recommendations

according to the results of training and assessment;

9. Responsible for formulating departmental remuneration system and policy, and

establishing effective incentive and restraint mechanisms;

10. Formulate performance evaluation policies, organize and implement performance

management, supervise and control the performance evaluation process of various

departments, solve problems in time, enable the performance evaluation system to come

into effect, and constantly improve the performance management system;


11. Responsible for review and approval of staff management procedures such as

grading, promotion, salary increase, reward and discipline, internal allocation, transfer

in/out, dismissal, etc., based on individual duties;

12. Prepare staff attendance statistics, responsible for overtime review and approval;

13. Responsible for handling the Company's employee welfare, social insurance and

annual health inspection;

14. Cooperate with all other departments to perform staff ideological work, accept and

timely resolve employee complaints and labor disputes;

15. Regularly preside over regular department meetings, to arrange, inspect and

summarize the tasks, to organize on-the-job training of the department staff, to enhance

the management level and business skills, and to ensure that all tasks can be completed

in time;

16. Handling of ad hoc and other tasks assigned by superior.


Atleast college level

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Preferably Female Chinese

Must have atleast 3 experience as Human Resource Manager
