Enshored is seeking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Cantonese) for a global consumer electronics company. Your mission will be to provide a fantastic customer service experience that exceeds the customers’ expectations, driving up product usage and driving down returns. Around 2/3 of contacts shall be through phone, the others through email/Zendesk.


Become expert in the client’s key products and the main areas of consumer concerns

Answer client queries professionally and against agreed service levels.

Maintain help documentation

Manage email tickets

Manage escalations and process refunds, returns or exchanges as required.

Minimum Requirement Qualifications:

Key Skills


Average English communication skills

Excellent communications skills in given required language

Customer Service experience

Computer literate

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's/College degree

Experience in an inbound contact center, preferably technical

Experience in consumer products

Demonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:

Analytical Skills

Commitment to delivering to the highest quality first time

Proven ability to work within deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude

Strong communication skills in English, and able to communicate effectively with empathy
