Permanent opportunity within a well respected firm for an experienced Office Manager

Based in the parliamentary triangle, this established financial planning firm pride themselves on their commitment to a wide range of services for the clients and a positive team culture.

Reporting to the Director, you will be employed as a full-time, permanent Office Manager. Your main duties will comprise of full function office support including reception, diary and appointment managements, email correspondence, arranging meetings, booking travel and managing the administrator.

With an innovative and efficient approach, you will enhance existing administration systems. As this role is responsible for the efficient running of the office, your continuous improvement approach and hands-on ability will ensure that you are involved in all aspects of human resources and recruitment for the business.
