What You Do at a Glance

• Process large volume of A/P vendor invoices including 3-way match

• Confirm receipt of credit memos from vendor

• Oversee and implement the weekly check run procedure

• Assist in collections of customer balances

• Generate detailed reports for sales, operations, and C-Level management

• Prepare data for company business tax filings and audits

• Cross-train and support other accounting team members, including A/R

What You Bring

• Minimum of Associates Degree, emphasis on Accounting/Finance preferred

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable processing, preferably in mid to large size retail accounting department

• Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of full-cycle accounting, A/R, general ledger, and collections process

• Prior experience with retail Point of Sale software a plus

• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook

• Highly professional verbal and written communication skills
