The company hiring for this position was established in 2003 and they have offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. They provide audit software design, implementation, and support to major brand clients all over the world.

Job Description

We are seeking a Spanish speaking professional, ideally with a background in Audit, Accounting, or Finance looking for a great career opportunity with our partner, in which they can draw upon their audit/accounting/finance background to work with organizations across the globe to implement and support market leading Audit Management Software. This is not an audit or accounting position. The ideal candidate will possess an aptitude for helping people, be extremely organized and will be able to interact well with people at all professional levels in person, over email, web conferences, and telephone. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing implementation and support services to new and existing customers based in Spanish speaking countries.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be required to develop a deep functional understanding of our Audit Management Software and the process we use to implement and support Audit Teams in the use of it. The day to day responsibilities of the position will develop over time and will ultimately include the following:

End to End Project Management for Implementation of Audit Management Software

Consult customers on how to best configure and utilize the software to meet the needs of their audit team

Delivery on-site and remote WebEx training to end-users of the system

Domestic and International Travel (up to 30%)

Provide ongoing support services to be carried out via phone, email, and WebEx

Identify functional enhancements through interactions with customers and communicate to the product development team

Qualifications

The role demands the following skills, abilities and qualifications

Fluent in Spanish (Reading/Writing/Speaking)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

2+ years of professional experience in Audit/Accounting/Finance and/or Software Implementation & Support

A desire to provide excellent customer service through a prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to customer queries / issues

Excellent problem-solving skills, proactively taking ownership where required

Excellent all round communication skills

Solid public speaking and presentation skills

Ability to provide hands-on interactive user training in a classroom setting.

The candidate will be creative, confident and demonstrate assertiveness where appropriate

The ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks on an ongoing basis and manage customer expectations

Understanding of Risk Based Auditing and Internal Controls a plus

Experience using Audit Management Software is a plus
