-Higher education (university, FH) with a focus on marketing and sales

-More than 5 years of working experience in sales, brand or business development in the refrigeration industry and biobanking

-Experience in the direction of low-temperature refrigeration equipment (from -30'C to -100'C, with a power from 5 kW to 30 kW), storage chambers, low-temperature complexes

-Knowledge of the market of low-temperature refrigeration equipment for medical and pharmaceutical applications

-Strong communication skills, Stress-resistant, Organised, Punctual, Responsible and able to work at fast pace with business owners, engineers and management

-Excellent English skill required, knowledge of other languages is beneficial

-Solid knowledge of MS-Office, SAP, MS Dynamics AX


-Develop and implement effective sales and sales strategies

-Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

-Negotiate with customers

-Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

-Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

-Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs

-Cooperate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency


-Annual salary from 120000Euro to 150000Euro
