Job description

Drive effective strategies for content creation to improve Pandarow user Chinese learning efficiency.

Manage and expand content operations as the company grows.

Exercise a data-centric approach to gather user insights and use data to improve engagement.

Work with our Product team to build contributor tools and improve content.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitors.


BA/BS degree or higher, deep understanding of China and Chinese, proficient in English writing and communication.

Excellent business writing, training, communication, highly organizational and strong presentation skills

Be able to think independently and take lead on key departmental projects.

Keep deep knowledge of web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
