Installing/renewing SSL certs in WebLogic keystore, Java JDK keystore (cacerts)

Installing/renewing the SSL certs on Apache web server end

Should be able to administer various components of WebSphere Application server

Should be experienced in creating new managed server instances, clusters, Data Source configuration, customized AD providers and new JMS servers as per the application or project requirement

Should have WebSphere Application server and webserver troubleshooting experience, generating thread dumps and heap dumps by using Java Visual VM tool and also in command line

Should have knowledge of WebSphere Application server migration and upgrade

Should have very good exposure with Linux/Unix/HP-UX/Sun Solaris.

Should have hands on experience of Linux/Unix shell scripting, scheduling cron jobs and automation

Expertise in providing the root cause analysis and fixing an issues for business critical apps(BCA) with reference to problem tickets

Expertise in troubleshooting an issues with application performance on app server end and also closely working with n/w team and DB team

Need to participate in management, prioritization, minor enhancements, break fix activities, problem management, stability analysis, etc

Need to have specific, deep understanding and expertise in one or two technology platforms

Need to proactive in nature, identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvement opportunities. If a fix involves a major enhancement or a development, then the problem is transferred to engineering or development teams, Level 4
