JOB TITLE: Customer service agent

JOB DETAILS: Savanna consulting, a consulting firm in Lagos is seeking productive and industrious fresh graduates and corps members for customer service positions. This role entails;

• ascertaining and attending to the needs and complaints of customers and maintaining customer relatonships.

• the candidate must possess knowledge of computer and must be an online savvy personality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be first point of contact with customers.

• Be incharge of customer accounts/relationships.

• Be responsible for attending to complaints and needs of customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Passionate about customer service and business.

• Have good interpersonal skill.

• Have the ability to utilize IT tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email on a basic level.

. Exceptional phone manners and communication skills.

. Be able to work under pressure.

JOB MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQ:
