Position : Japanese Service Desk Associate

Industry: BPO Company

Salary: P 60,000-P 95,000

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Location: Quezon City

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Answering inquiries via phone, email, Chat and Web

• Ensure accurate documentation of each transaction

• Issuing ticketing number to the customers for the escalation of inquiries

• Record and update the status received by the resolver groups

• Callback the user and confirm resolution (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Native Japanese

• At least Sr. High School graduate or 2 years in college

• Preferably with Service Desk/Helpdesk/TSR work experience in a BPO company

• Customer Service experience is a plus

• No age limit required
