Licensed Nursing Home Administrator – Memphis, TN

We have a new employment opportunity for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / LNHA in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility located in Memphis, Tennessee. The NHA directs day to day business activities in accordance with company policy and current federal, state, and local standards.

Nursing Home Administrator / Health Facility Administrator (HFA) responsibilities:

• Quality assurance including Hipaa compliance

• Attracting, hiring, disciplining, and if necessary, dismissing staff

• Meeting all financial objectives

• Maintaining census

• Ensuring clinical excellence, environmental safety, and appropriate medical care

• Supervising facility administrative operations

• Providing optimal Survey results

A Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare field and current state NHA license are required.
