ORGANISATION RELATIONSHIPS

Report To : MANAGING DIRECTOR (EXPATRIATE)

Supervises :

Co-ordinates with

Internal : Inter departmental functions - Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchase, SCM & HR

External : Vendors / Suppliers / Customer

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for timely month end closing / Preparation of Financial Statements, Annual Accounts etc. / Experience in managing end to end Statutory and Tax audit / Experience in Establishing Internal Control and Policies / Experience in Transfer Pricing and GST / Overall responsible for esnuring & adherence to statutory compliances under Indian Companies Act & Corporate Secretarial Services & Management decisions and responsible for drafting resolutions, agendas and board meetings and overall responsible for Accounts activities & Company Secretarial Activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Function specific

1 Responsible for timely closure of month end activities in adherence to Company deadlines

2 Preparation of Financial Statements, Annual Accounts and budget forecasting activities.

3 Experience in managing end to end Statutory compliance and Tax audit & GST adherence

4 Experience in preparation and establishing Internal Control and preparation of policies and procedures for better control & goverance

5 Experience in Transfer Pricing and GST

6 Experience in managing accounts finalization and supervise accounting funcitons to ensure proper preparation and maintenance of books of Acconts

7 Overall responsible for AP & AR activities and good experience in direct and indirect taxes

8 Responsible for generation of MIS report and submision to Top Management on timely basis

9 Preparation of Board Meeting Agenda, notices of Board meeting and General meetings along with explanatory statement and recording the minutes of the meting and passing of resolutions

10 Overall responsible for Liasion with various Govt Departments

11 Interacting with concerned internal and external customers

12 Good experience in draftng of Contracts and Commercial Agreemtms with various Customers / Suppliers / Vendors

13 Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation statements

14 Able to lead and mentor the team

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification :CS with Any Financial Degree

Other Technical/

Professional Qualification :CS with any finance degree OR CS with CA OR CS with ICWA,

Experience:3 to 6 yr experience in Accounts Department from Automotive Industry

Skill Sets & Competencies :

1 Good communication and presentation skill

2 Leadership Skill and application of lean principles.

3 Should have good analytical skills and strong in change management.

4 Basic computer operating skills, SAP/ERP operating knowledge pertaining to the related functions

5 Good understanding of budgeting process

6 Knowledge on organization goal and strategic planning

7 High degree of leadership, Integrity towards organization Principles and time management skills.

8 Should be able to take Decisions and Convince the Top Management

Special Skills

Working in multinational manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
