Executive Assistant

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Directly supports the Vice President of company; managing correspondence, and supporting report and presentation development

Supporting project managers and the VP in preparation of bids and proposals

Maintains records management database

Plans/organizes meetings, business luncheons, and client dinner

Comfortable performing administrative functions as assigned

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

3-5 years of Executive-level administrative experience (preferably in the construction industry)

Experience preparing and reviewing bids and proposals

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong listening skills and the ability to follow directions

Excellent time management

Self-directed and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
