The resource will be working with a high degree of autonomy and be responsible to reaching sales quota/budgets over the markets assigned to him/her through:

•Constantly hunting for new sales potentials

•Follow agents and distributors of assigned geographic areas, research for new commercial partners based on company’s guidelines

•Actively contributing to the company’s business strategies

•Services existing accounts, obtains orders, preparation of offers and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

•Analyze the customer’s specific needs and propose suitable solutions

•Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

•Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc


•College degree of equivalent experience

•Demonstrated and proven sales results

•Sales Closing strategies and skills

•5-10 years experience in companies manufacturing/selling automation, specialized equipment B2B

•Solid analytical, organizational, project management and communication (oral and written) skills

•Work collaboratively with team, senior leaders and marketing team members to execute practice development strategies and market penetration

•Ability to travel overnight (30-40%) on national basis for customers meetings, Trades shows, Sales Meeting and sometimes internationally in Europe
