This individual will work on the Deployment Operations team to develop work instructions, quality documentation, training guides for the deployment of all Robotics solutions globally. Maintain all wiki pages and repositories with latest revisions of product documentation. Collaborate cross functionally with subject matter experts to create product installation documentation.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

•Create work instructions for all product lines installed in the field.

•Manage quality documentation for suppliers to ensure alignment with check listing process.

•Work with cross functional teams within Deployment and our 3rd party partners to develop training modules and quizzes in our online portal for tracking certification.

•Maintain our internal wiki page with the latest information and make changes as required.

•Be creative to design new standards and formats for the training program and quizzes.

•Initiate department-wide communication of updates to documents and change management by recording and publishing the change in bulletin form.

•Assist the BI team to define success criteria & effectiveness of learning and development program.

•Develop how-tos, user guides and other documentation as necessary.

Required Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, English, Communications or other technical communication-related field.

•2+ years of relevant tech writing experience.

•Understanding of manufacturing process documentation.

•Knowledge of how to write in wiki / markup.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

•5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.

•Strong work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated.

Ideal candidate:

•2-5 years’ experience.
