Company Overview: The client is a customer oriented, unique integrated nylon 6 player, globally active in the field of nylon 6 intermediates (caprolactam, cyclohexanone, phenol, acetone, nylon 6 resins, nylon 6 engineering plastics, fertilizers, engineering plastics, nylon 6 packaging film and distribution of petrochemical products.


• Proven track record of managing Technical, Sales and Admin people in an Industrial environment.

• Broad knowledge of Engineered Compounds.

• Experience with Supply Chain and Planning Tools.

• Understands European company management style.

• Experience with SAP environment is a plus.


The General Manager will be the leading figure within the company to include business development, sales, marketing, finance, program and customer development, and leadership in a technical world where service is the ultimate differentiator. This strategic individual must be oriented towards emerging markets, and setting the stage for progression and service and products that continue the leadership reputation of the company, and aggressively seeks out the leadership position in this market.

This individual will:

• Manage the management team and the employees of this $30 million facility with key responsibility toward strategy development and implementation within the corporation.

• Develop and implement adequate local strategy and action plans to maintain and further develop Business KPIs (Volume, GM, EBITDA….) to hit the annual budget.

• Manage, develop and optimize operations and business processes (Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Planning, R&D, Products & Product Lines).

• Lead, Manage and provide coaching and guidance to employees within their team with adherence to all Domo safety, travel, ethics and Human Resource policies.

• Lead compliance to EHS local and Domo’s rules and requirements to ensure a safe and a healthy working environment to all employees.

• Investigate, identify and manage expansion opportunities in North America with special attention on global customers’ service and growth.


A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary, along with performance-based bonus.
