Our clients are seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their team! This is an all in one Accounting, Administrative and Customer Service-oriented role in a small, family-owned business with a large client base.

If you enjoy wearing a variety of hats and helping out wherever needed, this role could be a great fit for you! This client is rapidly growing, so they need a motivated, dependable candidate who can learn quickly and jump in with both feet!

Must love dogs as this is a dog friendly office!

Responsibilities of the Accounting Administrator include:

Utilizing Quickbooks for client Account documentation and bill preparation.

Answering phones

Assisting customers with questions, concerns, and scheduling service

Taking detailed messages and passing them on appropriately

Documenting customer calls and updating demographics

Managing additional administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, scanning, mailings, etc.

Requirements of the Accounting Administrator include:

Recent administrative and customer service experience

MUST be proficient in QuickBooks!

Friendly, patient and pleasant demeanor

Great attention to detail

Ability to handle busy environment with high call volume

Experience working with a plumbing and heating company is preferred

High School Diploma or GED
