Travel Advisor

Lowell company focused on travel programs is seeking team members to join their office in a customer service role. Responsibilities of the Travel Advisor:

Customer service over the phone, mainly assisting with program air travel

Communicating airline policies, processes, and procedure effectively respond to customers

Some travel may be required

This position is primarily out of the office in Lowell, MA, but candidates must be able to occasionally work from home as business needs dictate

Qualifications of the Travel Advisor:

Experience with CRM (Amadeus is a plus)

Geography knowledge

Excellent customer service skills

Bachelor's Degree

1-2 years of related experience (travel industry is a plus)

This is a Monday-Friday schedule with first shift hours 10:00AM - 7:00PM. This position has a great potential for optional overtime. Some overtime hours can be worked from home. Starting pay for this position is $17/hour.
