Using excellent communication and follow up skills, you will handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform administrative and clerical tasks to support overall business operations, such as answering phones and managing business documentation. In addition, you will provide support to the sales and/or production team as needed. The ideal candidate can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and is determined to provide outstanding service to both our customers and fellow team members. Answers the phone and directs callers to the appropriate individual

Copies and files documents, work orders, estimates, invoices, etc., as needed

Maintain accurate records of all Receivables and Payable

Entering data of online sales, purchase, orders, bookings, number of goods sold, numbers remaining, etc, of customers in the US.

Orders and manages office supplies

Helps with accounting duties (printing and calling aging report customers, printing and mailing statements, making bank runs, etc.) and sales (contacting vendors for pricing, providing shipping updates, customer service, etc.)

Helps manage center documentation and correspondence, which includes inputting data, faxing, mailing, copying, filing, etc.


High school diploma or GED required

Previous service business experience desired

Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay Range - $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week
