Located in Badlapur, Freeta, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our new team in India. The ideal candidate would be responsible for developing new business with advertisers, app developers, and media agencies. She should be passionate about mobile, intellectually curious, a fast learner, analytical, highly efficient and organized and fluent in English (both speaking and writing). This is a hands-on, high execution role which requires excellent sales and technical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible to drive new revenue.

• Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, presenting, negotiating and contract execution.

• Anticipate future needs and help determine optimal solutions to meet the client’s objectives.

• Provide accurate and regular forecasts and business updates.

• Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Identify market trends and collaborate with the product team to deliver new solutions for the region.

• Works as part of a team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Recruit, build and nurture a team.

• Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment.

• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; verbal and written fluency of English.

• Graduates from a recognized University and Computer Literacy.

• Age between 20 to 30Yrs.

• Experience: 1 - 2 yrs prior to Food & Beverages / FMCG / Transport. Desired candidate should have work experience in Hotel, Transport, Hospitality field.

• Excel and Word preparing reports and proposals.

• Basic computer applications for writing scripts, doing paperwork & corresponding.
