Real Estate Administrative Assistant. This is an immediate need for our client, Real Estate Firm. We are setting up interviews for November 15th and 16th for qualified candidates.

This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level Real estate administrative assistant wanting flexibility and a small office environment with a long established real estate firm.

This assistant will report to senior real estate executive. Perform a multitude of admin duties. Day-to-day, answering the telephone, taking messages, scheduling appointments, preparing real estate forms, documents and correspondence, ordering supplies, mailings, distributing reports, making travel arrangements and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

• Computer literacy is necessary for this job – Word, QuickBooks and Excel

• Candidate should live in Midtown Atlanta area if possible due to today’s traffic delays (not required, but conveniently desirable)

• Assistant to senior real estate executive managing up to 50 buildings (about 2,000,000 SF, about 150 tenants)

• Heavy emphasis on rent collection

• Draw leases from standard forms and basic lease amendments, extensions, expansions, etc.

• Good computer skills especially Word, QuickBooks, and Excel.

• Candidate needs laptop access at home and the road to work remotely when needed

• Much e-mail communications between tenants, banks and internal office staff
