We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Support Team Member.

The right candidate will accomplish the following :

- Interact with customers on a daily basis via outbound telephone calls or via chats to provide information and assistance regarding the Wematch Platforms.

- Validate transactions and reply to customer enquiries by providing product and service information

- Provide the Product manager with customer’s feedback in order to constantly improve the product (user experience)

- Provide Single Point of contact for onboarding, renewal and off-boarding activities across the Wematch Platforms.

- Work closely with Senior Management team to ensure priorities are aligned and business requirements are met.

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)

Experience in customer support preferably with knowledge in banking products (platforms)

Customer service skills

Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities

Detail oriented and able to multitask and work under pressure

Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision

Proficient computer skills (Excel, Bloomberg, Slack)

FCA 1 & 2 Exams is a plus
