Position Title: Family Nurse Practitioner


Not for profit, rural critical access hospital designated as a level 4 trauma center

Founded in 1959, this Medical Center continues to meet the needs of their rural mountain community with continued growth and stability.

21 bed Critical Access Hospital that provides inpatient and outpatient services alike. State-of-the-Art facilities include Medical Imaging Services: X-ray, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultra Sound, C-T Scan and Bone Densitometry

Honored to be the first certified pediatric 24-hr emergency department within the critical access designation in Arizona

Offering a variety of services including, radiology, laboratory services, outpatient surgery, cardiopulmonary services, sleep diagnostic center, swing bed rehabilitation, the Jean V. Hall Wellness Center, chiropractic services, rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and a public child care center.

Benefits and Features:

$110,000 -130,000/yr, depending on experience

Your Role with the Company:

4 day work week! 8 – 5p

90% of the role is working in a Primary Care setting and 10% of the role is working as a Hospitalist

7 shifts/month rounding as a Hospitalist – afternoons only

Family Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a cohesive and supportive team – 1 NP, 2 Specialists, CNA, and 2 Mas

Responsible for Primary Care services, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions, seeing an average of 15-20 patients/day in the clinic

As a Hospitalist, the Nurse Practitioner will round in a 21 bed med-surg unit, with an average census of 5-7 patients

Background Profile:

FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner

2+ years of FNP experience

1+ year of experience as a Hospitalist or Critical Care as NP or RN
