Assisted Living Executive Director – Palm Springs, CA

We have a new employment opportunity for an Assisted Living Administrator to lead a quality Assisted Living Facility / RCFE community in Palm Springs, California.

The chosen Assisted Living Executive Director will oversee the overall management and day-to-day operations of the community, maintain compliance with all applicable laws, and ensure that residents thrive in a community that is pleasant, active, and supportive.

Assisted Living Executive Director responsibilities include:

• Managing profitability and quality assurance

• Providing consistently excellent senior living services

• Strengthening client base through Sales and Marketing

• Providing overall leadership and management of a premier ALF community

• Attracting and retaining top senior care professionals

• Maintaining optimum occupancy level

Assisted Living Administrator requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in from a four-year accredited university or greater than 5 years related experience.

• Current state licensure or reciprocity eligibility.

• In-depth knowledge of State and Federal Rules, Regulations, and Standards

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, and Excel)

• Must practice and promote corporate policies, mission, and core values

• Must meet all state health requirements including T.B.

• Must be able to pass background check/clearance
