The Mgr Infrastructure Engineering will lead and manage the Core Enterprise Infrastructure and Applications Team. This individual will be responsible for corporate technology infrastructure, projects, and system operations facilitating a unified end user computing environment to associates across 16 office locations. This leader will be called upon to drive technology innovation and ensure that Production systems are stable and operating efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads teams of engineers; provides mentoring, coaching, sets priorities and manages project and maintenance workloads.

• Manages the technical roadmap of the company’s Enterprise Applications Infrastructure and collaborates with department leaders across Technology and Business teams on new/enhancement projects.

• Manages Technical environment constituting Active Directory, Domain Structure, Office365, Messaging Security, Mobile Security, Video Conferencing, Malware Protection, Spam Filtering, Collaboration Tools, Voice systems and Citrix distributed over physical and virtual environment serving.

• Develops holistic deployment strategy for unified end user computing environments to drive efficiency and extends automated management and delivery to the desktop.

• Ensures systems integrity to support 24/7 operation, manage platform operation policies and procedures, and takes incidents’ escalations to resolution. Develop standard operating procedures on all aspects of projects and maintenance tasks.

• Perform analysis of network needs and contribute to design of network architecture, integration and implementation.

• Maintains annual area budget, expenditures and vendors to plan and drive cost efficiency. Manages and measure vendor relationships on delivery, performance, and recommend changes.

• Assess, develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery runbooks and routine validation exercises.

• Provides leadership to protect the company’s enterprise systems to meet information security/Business continuity/Disaster recovery standards and ensures compliance to PCI/SOX standards and associated controls.

• Manages key performance indicators and ensures SLAs are met. Participates in the establishment of department goals and performance measurement.

• Responsible for the employment, promotion, associate performance evaluation, training, motivation, counseling, and discipline of assigned associates.


• Proven experience in managing large IT infrastructure projects in a fast pace cross-functional environment.

• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking and project management skills about business, product, and technical challenges.

• Hands-on Experience in managing network infrastructure software, firewalls, protocols, virtual environments and storage solutions.

• Solid understanding of modern web application architecture, complex cloud network topologies, MDM/MAM and security.

• Proven experience in desktop computing technologies and large scale end user device and operating system deployment.

• Excellent coaching skills and able to provide technical direction, mentoring to engineers and hands-on support when needed.

• Strong knowledge of system and performance monitoring tools; Network performance analytical skills and experience are plus

• Solid understanding ITIL framework knowledge, PCI/SOX; Problem/Change Management experience is plus.

• Experience managing department finances, vendor engagements and offshore teams.

• Superior oral/written communication and analytical skills; Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitasks.

• Solid ability in detecting/establishing patterns and devising efficient problem solving methods.

• Use sound judgment in decision-making under tight deadlines, able to interface with all functions at all levels within the organization, and nimble to adapt to fast changing business needs.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent education required.

• 8+ years of overall technology leadership and technical architecture experience, managing 10+ employees in conjunction with large outsourced teams (20+ members in the team)

• 8+ years of technical and management experience in Microsoft environment, network designs and connectivity for remote offices

• 5+ years of experiences in Setting up offshore teams; management of their work allocation and quality standards

• Cisco Certifications (CCDP/CCNP/CCNA) and/or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications are highly desirable
