Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative 4 for a very important client.

Temporary Support Specialist would be responsible for checking email folders in Outlook for orders to replace medical devices for our patients. They would then process the replacement order on the FedEx website and place a confirmation number in the subject line of the original email. They would keep track of the replacements and customer information on an Excel spreadsheet and regular report their progress to a supervisor. In addition, this temporary specialist would schedule a FedEx courier pick-up of medical devices that have already been replaced and make appropriate notes on CRM/SAP ticketing system. They also would create a record of the medical devices being returned by our patients (Returned Good Authorization).

They are going to be entering replacement requests for machines and sending off new request to pickup machines through FedEx.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Efficiency and ability to work independently is crucial, as well as accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word would be strongly preferred.
