Position Summary:

Responsible for oversight of the day to day operation of the Personalized Recovery Oriented Services Program including supervision of staff, detailed management and oversight of the program budget, maintaining compliance with OMH, Medicaid and Medicare standards and licensing requirements, developing and maintaining relationships with the community, employers and other services providers.

Reports to: Assistant Vice President of Program

Major Job Duties/Responsibilities:

•Provide ongoing clinical and administrative supervision to program staff

•Detailed monitoring of daily and weekly service delivery to ensure that the levels of service are meeting program expectations.

•Continuous examination and analysis of program budget in order to mitigate any challenges in the program meeting annual budget expectations.

•Oversee continuous improvement /QA efforts to maintain outstanding delivery of all program services.

•Work closely with Billing Specialist to ensure seamless reconciliation for all services provided.

•Responsible for development and implementation of program policies and procedures.

•Establish and ensure the use of Evidence Based Practices within the program.

•Administer and oversee an NYS Office of Mental Health/Medicaid/Medicare budget.

•Hire quality staff and ensure proper staff training and supervision.

•Ensure compliance with CACFP and NYC food standard guidelines and oversee administration of food program.

•Submit Levels of Service, outcome data and other required reports in a timely fashion and attain satisfactory audit ratings.

•Facilitate Clinical team meetings.

•Coordinate coverage of a warm line and oversee quality of service delivery via the warm line.

•Develop and maintain positive connections with community, employers and collateral service providers including the establishment of Linkage Agreements.

•All other duties as assigned.


•Current NYS License and Registration in Social Work, LMSW or LCSW required

•6 plus years of experience working with the adult SPMI population required

•4 plus years of supervisory experience required

•Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal

•Excellent computer literacy skills

•Understanding of Evidence Based Practices and experience with IPS, Person Centered Planning, and/or MI

•Bilingual/bi-cultural a plus
