Our drivers run regional and or dedicated routes. Each terminal route mix is different based on our customer base. Regional drivers work 5 days per week and are home 2 days per week. Regional route drivers can expect to be from a home one to three nights per week on average Regional drivers average to round trip, out-and-back, routes within their 5-day work week. Our Fleet average is 2500 miles per week for solo drivers. Our aggressive drivers are running upwards of 3,300 miles per week. Team drivers are averaging 5,000 to 6,000 miles per week or aggressive teams are running 6,500 miles per week.

In regards to benefits drivers become eligible for benefits within 90 days of hire date. All benefits are ala carte. Three different medical plans to choose from. Other benefits include dental vision life insurance and 401K retirement savings. Also included is short-term disability and long-term disability. There is one week paid vacation after one year two weeks paid vacation after 3 years. 3 weeks paid vacation after 10 years. There are two paid holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. New driver orientation is three days, typically Monday through Wednesday. Orientation pay is $275 Plus $225 for translation pay for a total of $500. Orientation and transition pay is paid the first Friday after orientation week. Mileage fees are paid on the 3rd Friday after orientation week. Then every Friday after that is payday. Equipment specs include Freightliner and Volvo tractors. Average age of tractors is 2.5 years old. Day cabs in condo sleepers. 100% automatic transmissions. Must have bunk heater and air conditioning. Road speed governs at 68 miles per hour. Assigned tractors only. Driver refrigerators and microwaves can be installed. Qualcomm Satellite Communication System. Qualcomm electronic logging device. 53-foot dry van trailers.
