Job Description

Peopleplustech, Inc is in need for an HR Assistant. If you have the background we are looking for, and you are interested in an opportunity to get your foot in the door with leading company, we want to talk with you! As a HR Assistant, you must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. You would be responsible for the establishment of various project related services.

Responsibilities

• Acts as central point of contact and support for various functions delivered by the project.

• Conducts new employee orientations at Cebu Office. Ensure employees gain understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions. Counsels employees (and potential employees/applicants) on plan provisions so that individuals can be informed on benefit decisions.

• Prepares government reports related to compliance and other HR functions as directed.

• Writes, revise, edits and proofreads company policies & procedures and related documents as needed.

• Used electronic benefit bulletin board and other vehicles to communicate information. Produces the Company telephone directory.

• Monitors Exit interviews.

• Maintains a broad understanding of various technologies required to create and maintain day to day operations.

• Prepares activity, progress and status reports

• Facilitate collaboration with and between all internal departments

• Ensure that the agreed customer (internal and external) expectations are met or exceeded through proper coordination and maximum utilization of approved resources.

• Closely monitor deployed employees particularly of punctuality and attendance.

• Acts as HR contact to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefit and HR policies and regulations. Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate.

• Provides administrative support

• Help facilitate the process of rewards and performance management systems

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Business Administration or any related 4-year course.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of working and communicating with all employees

• An understanding of BPO operations and technologies

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Must be willing to work in Cebu IT Park

Experience

• 1 year of work related work experience

• HR experience preferred
