Operations Specialist needs 3-5 years of experience

Operations Specialist requires:

contracting/sales, construction or technical work environment

proficient computer skills

Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore and Internet business application usage.

strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.

Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.

Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.

Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is required.




Operations Specialist duties;

May provide assistance by researching Metering budget variations and following up on corrective plans.

Maintains and tracks Metering assets as required.

Perform duties of Administrative Assistant role.

Performs other duties as required to support the Field Administrative processes.

Supports and backs up other Metering and/or PMO personnel as required.

Manages incoming / outgoing project related mail, contract documents, submittals and design documents as necessary
