DESCRIPTION: The Technology Services Representative is responsible for conducting usability and accessibility testing, as well as performing daily customer service functions for the Technology Services team.

QUALIFICATIONS: Strong oral and written communication a must. Must be experienced and skilled in computer systems to include e-mail, spreadsheets, and website navigation. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Two years’ experience in a related field, preferably within a retail, customer service, or office environment. Professional experience and knowledge of how to navigate websites and documents, with or without assistive technology. Ability to utilize computer technology for communication, data gathering and reporting. Passed or have the Ability to study and pass the International Association of Accessible Professionals Core Competency exam. Capable of updating and managing databases. Understanding of MS Office Suite and keyboard shortcuts. Basic knowledge of the structure of a website.
