If you have worked in a general construction firm where you have administered and processed worker's comp claims and managed employee safety compliance training programs, my client would like to talk to you.

My client is a large General Contractor with offices on the West Coast. You will be based out of there downtown Seattle office. This is a full time, Mon to Fri, in-office role requiring the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, quickly facilitate communication among multiple parties, and have strong organization skills.

The company offers 3 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, and free downtown parking or ORCA card.

Here are the key aspects of the position:

• Administer and process workplace injury claims.

• Administer AGC Retro and return to work program for best results.

• Track training needs for Safety, HR and field operations and schedule training courses, as needed.

• Maintain the ISNetworld database and other required online safety management programs.

• Maintain Cal/OSHA and Labor and Industry compliance records.

• Compile, organize and analyze information from safety inspections and generate reports.

• Track new hire onboarding each week.

• Facilitate the safety recognition program and assist in the development of Weekly Safety Coordination meetings, company tool box talks and the monthly Safety Bulletin

• Communicate and coordinate with company employees across multiple departments to ensure training compliance requirements are met.

• Maintain and update incident logs and track project man hours for Safety department.

• Assist in the creation and organization of lessons learned documents/safety successes.

• Provide general office support for training and meeting events.

This position requires construction office experience with Safety Programs and Worker's Comp claims administration. Soft skills include detail orientation, strong written/verbal communication skills, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to multi-task.
